The sweatshirt we ordered arrived onetime. The quality is great. Soft on the inside, not thick or thin. She hasn't worn it yet, so I can't speak to how it holds up to a wash or being worn. So far though, it's wonderful.

The canvas I ordered turned out amazing! The quality is great, and I couldn't be happier with the product. My only suggestion would be for FamiPrints to email the customer a preview of the final product before shipment, as it would ease some concern of how the product might arrive, or any errors.
