I ordered two prints to commemorate my son’s wedding - purchased as gifts. On one of the two orders I accidentally typed July 24, 2024, while the other order had the correct date as July 24, 2021. For some reason the process printed both as July 24, 2024! While this was a pretty obvious mistake, I was still charged to correct it. When we received the prints with the mistake, we took a look and did not notice the error initially, but when we were packing the items to gift for Christmas, we noticed the error and contacted the company. I was informed that my notice was outside the window for making the correction and would have to pay for one of the prints at a discounted rate. I am not too upset about the fee, but don’t understand how the date error could have happened to begin with, and feel that the service could have been better.
First and foremost, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback because it allows us to better assist you.
Second, we looked into your order once and discovered two problems.
You entered the incorrect year of 2024 for the first item, and our team created it based on your input.
The second item was in the correct year, but our team made the error of keeping it in 2014. As a result, you received two items from the wrong year. Furthermore, because it was our error, we will reprint the second without charge, in accordance with our policy.
In any case, you must pay the replacement fee for the first item that needs to be changed to the correct year. We were sent a replacement at no cost to you, despite the fact that we only resolve issues within 30 days of receiving them from customers.
