1. Cancel/Modify: Famiprints believe that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 12 hours placing the order. To ensure the fastest fulfillment, we do not accept a cancellation/modify after 12 hours or once the order has been taken into the printing process.
If you have to cancel/hold the order, you can do it within 12 hours of placing the order. Please SUBMIT TICKET HERE and select issue Modify/Cancel Order or check your confirmation email for the instructions.
2. Exchange & Replace Products
- If the item is not as described. This includes wrong color, design and wrong size, wrong style or poor quality. Please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost.
- We don't allow an exchange for Personalized products in our store
But if you want to exchange products in size/design/color. It happens that you make a mistake. We are all human rights? In this case, we offer you pay small fees to cover the re-production
- Product under $30, you need to pay $10
- Product from $30 to $50, you need to pay $25
- Product from $50 to $80, you need to pay $35
- Product from $80 to $100, you need to pay $45
- Product over $100, you need to pay $80
You don't need to send an item back. The only thing we need you to do is click SUBMIT TICKET HERE, choose your issue and insert a note to tell us which items you want to exchange. Then we will create new order as your request and send invoice for you. Just follow it and complete the new order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized products which are customized by you!
If you believe you received the product in poor condition (damage, incorrect object, or poor printing quality), or if the packaging has been tampered with or the product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us. This item is eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Please SUBMIT TICKET HERE , choose your issue and attach a picture of the damaged item within 30 days of receiving your order.
You're protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don't receive your product after 35 business days since the day you purchased (which rarely happen), we will refund you 100% your money, no question asked!
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the form of payment, you will receive your refund within:
- Paypal: Within 1 business days
- Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
