We at Famiprint know that our customers want their orders as soon as possible, and we do our best to get all orders processed and shipped out immediately.
You can expect your merchandise to arrive within 10 -16 business days of purchase.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable.
A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:
+The address is incorrect or outdated.
+You used a restricted address. (such as a prison, military base, correctional facility, or other similar institution..)
+The carrier attempted delivery but failed. Most of our carriers make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your package, they'll return it to us.
There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address. (All our returned packages will be disposed of because it is customization).
So please check your address carefully prior to submitting an order and upon checkout! Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address will result in another fee for a new reprint which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
