Unfortunately, there is no option to include a gift note with your purchase at this time. We understand that some customers want to personalize their FamiPrints by including a gift note, and we are currently working on a solution. Keep an eye out for updates!

When you track your order(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.

We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

Yes, expedited and express shipping require additional fees and not listed in default shipping options.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box.

Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, sometimes your items will be shipped out separately.

We appreciate that most of our items are gifts which are often sent direct to the recipient.

The package itself will only include a Packing Slip which doesn’t show any price information, but confirms all other details of your order.

An invoice/confirmation email which does include billing information will be sent direct to your email address when you complete checkout. This is to be kept for your own records.

You can enter your promo code when checkout.

We don’t normally send proofs as it slows down the order process, which results in increasing the overall delivery time of your order.

You can add order notes during checkout so FamiPrints could send you preview, and wait for your approval.
