This Policy outlines the terms for Cancellation, Return/Refunds, and Replacement for any products you purchase from us.

Definitions in this Policy:

  • "The Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to FamiPrints
  • "Items" mean products offered for sale on the Service.
  • "Orders" refer to a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • "Service" pertains to the Website.
  • "The website" refers to FamiPrints, accessible from famiprints.com.
  • "You" refers to the individual or the company using the Service.

Cancellation Policy:

At FamiPrints, we believe in providing ample information for informed purchases.

Currently, orders go into printing 12 hours after being placed for speedy fulfillment. Thus, customers have a 12-hour window after checkout for order adjustments or cancellations.

If you need to cancel/hold the order, do it within this 12-hour window. Check your confirmation email for instructions.

Cancellations aren't accepted beyond the 12-hour window or once the order enters the printing process.

Return Policy

All items are made-to-order.

Given the custom nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, FamiPrints cannot accept return or exchange requests, as products are customized and printed on demand.

Because of these items' nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, FamiPrints does not accept return and exchange requests for any reason, as our products are customized and printed on demand.

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return only in case they're damaged or defective 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Replacement/Refunds Policy:

At FamiPrints, we value your satisfaction.

If you are unsatisfied due to defects, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issues: You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at support@famiprints.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with proof of the received item.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds revert to the original form of payment. Refund timing:

  • Paypal: 1 business day
  • Debit/Credit Card: Approximately 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
