The clock came out great and the upload software that enabled the photos to be scaled and previewed is a game-changer (I tried initially on a cheaper site and the results were trash). My only wish for better would be better communication in process as I was hoping to get help cleaning up the images I had and never received feedback to see if that was available. The results were great, just wanted better as limited by my original photo editing limitations. Processing and shipping were fast.
