- Camera Quality: Use a high-quality camera or smartphone. Avoid filters and shadows.
- Prep Your Space: Close garage doors, move vehicles, tidy the yard, and hide trash cans and hoses. A front-on photo from the street or driveway is ideal.
- Alternative Images: Real estate photos or Google Street View images are acceptable if you can’t take a new photo.
