  • If your item has any defects that are covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team, and we will gladly replace the item. The damaged item does not need to be returned.

To be honest, at first I was worried about receiving my order after reading some of these reviews. Every time I would try to track my order it said that it had not shipped after I had received an email saying it did ship. Though I feel this company is hard to communicate with, I finally received my order and found myself extremely happy with what I had purchased.
