THANKS BUT NO THANKS
Horrible experience. When I ordered for Mother’s Day there was still over a day left on their order by date countdown clock still in time for Mother’s Day. Tried to contact them to check my order status. they don’t have a phone so I sent an email like they suggested. promised a reply within 24 hours still haven’t heard from them. I assume they didn’t reply because I asked for a discount since my order arrived 4 DAYS AFTER MOTHERS DAY. They did teach me a couple things though (1.always check reviews before you order. majority of they’re reviews are very negative. 2.never order from a company that refuses to list a phone number) needless to say they will refuse to accept blame and try to make it out to be my fault like they do on all their reviews. They will first apologize for the bad experience then proceed to question the customer. Hopefully they’re honest and brave enough to post this review on their website. I will never order from this place again and honestly with customer service like this they don’t deserve to be in business.

Regarding your order's timeliness. Because the product did not match our quality standards, the order was reproduced to ensure that it arrived on time, although shipping took a long time.

We recognize that the schedule had an impact on your Mother's Day gift, and we may need to take responsibility for this. As an apologies for the problem, we refunded you 20%; it was fully our fault, and we hope you understand.
